SkyNet in Ukraine - robotic drones with artificial intelligence
Kharkiv resident Mikhail Dronov (symbolically) announced the production of reconnaissance drones SkyNet.
What is known
Mikhail Dronov is the general director of the company UADronov. According to him, drones SkyNet will be able to cover a large territory and transmit information in 24/7 mode. Artificial intelligence algorithms will be used for data processing.
The developer has already received a preliminary agreement for the supply of equipment that will help in the production of the bodies for the UAVs. Electronics, batteries and other components necessary for unmanned aerial vehicles will be supplied from China or USA, but they might be made in Ukraine.
According to Dronov, the advantage of SkyNet will be its low price. The price of one unmanned aerial vehicle will be $1000 in the basic modification. The entrepreneur plans to produce 1,000 drones per month at the first stage, and then wants to increase production to tens of thousands of UAVs. To do this, Mikhail Dronov plans to raise about $3 ,000 ,000 with the help of donations and charitable foundations.
