Intellias paid for the purchase of a FlyEye unmanned aerial system worth nearly ₴5.5 million for the Ukrainian Armed Forces - it is one of the best reconnaissance drones in the world
The Ukrainian IT company Intellias donated ₴5.485 million to the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation for the purchase of reconnaissance drones FlyEye.
What we know
The charity foundation has already purchased an unmanned aerial system manufactured by the Polish company WB Electronics and handed it over to the Armed Forces. The drones are helping the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Kherson region. The complex includes two drones and a ground control station.
FlyEye is considered one of the best reconnaissance-level drones in the world and meets NATO standards. The UAV can reach speeds of up to 160 km/h and an altitude of up to 4 km. The maximum range is 50 km.
The drone is launched directly from the hands, i.e. the drone does not need a launcher. FlyEye can carry a payload of 11 kg and has effective protection against enemy electronic warfare.
