BAE Systems receives $108 million to repair USS Ross Alreigh Burke-class destroyer

BAE Systems will repair the United States Navy destroyer USS Ross.
Here's What We Know
The warship was commissioned 25 years ago. In the near future it will go to the shipyard of BAE Systems in Norfolk. The maintenance work will last until mid-spring 2024. The total cost of the repairs will be $108 million.
BAE Systems will repair the warship's propulsion system and conduct hull maintenance. After complex technological operations the USS Ross of Alreigh Burke type will be able to serve for about 10 years.
