Turkish company Spira announced Ilgar kamikaze drone. The premiere took place at the IDEF 2023 exhibition in Istanbul.

Spira has successfully tested the drone but has yet to complete the environmental assessment procedure. Demonstration flights of the Ilgar are scheduled for late autumn, with mass production expected to start next spring.
