Almost perfect sequel: critics have praised cyberpunk action game Ghostrunner 2 and praised the game for its high difficulty and addictive gameplay
Only a couple of days left until the release of cyberpunk action game Ghostrunner 2.
October this year is so full of bright and loud releases, that developers from One More Level studio and publisher 505 Games had to try their best and release a competitive game.
It looks like they managed to do it!

The first Ghostrunner 2 reviews have appeared and they say that gamers will get a great action game.
Critics agreed that Ghostrunner 2 is almost that "perfect sequel". All the mechanics that were in the first part are brought to perfection, and new features do not spoil the game, but only improve and enrich it.
The complexity of the game has increased, and incredibly fast battles have become lightning fast and require great concentration and stamina.
The plot of Ghostrunner 2, as expected, is not particularly interesting, but it serves as an excellent background for the beautiful gameplay. However, critics note that there are not many innovations in the game, so the new game feels like Ghostrunner 1.5, which can be called neither a minus nor a plus of the game.
Ghostrunner 2 received the following scores:
- 79 points - Opencritic, with 79% of recommendations;
- 80 points - Metacritic, PlayStation 5 and PC version;
- 78 points - Metacritic, Xbox Series version.
