Xiaomi has officially launched the new A27Qi monitor, an affordable model with a QHD resolution (2560 × 1440 pixels) and a 100Hz refresh rate. The new product costs £119 in the UK and €149 in Europe.

Here's What We Know

The A27Qi is a continuation of the A27 series, which already included the A27i. The 27-inch A27Qi has a QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), which is a significant improvement over the full-HD version of the A27i. Thanks to the IPS matrix, the monitor provides 250 nits of brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, which allows you to achieve a good level of detail even in bright light. The screen refresh rate is 100 Hz, which is suitable for both everyday tasks and smoother video and gaming.

The A27Qi features accurate colour reproduction, which is achieved through calibration with DeltaE<2, as well as 100% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 coverage. In addition, the monitor is TÜV-certified for blue light filtering, and DC dimming technology reduces screen flicker to help reduce eyestrain during extended work.

The monitor is equipped with a variety of connection ports, including DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI and a headphone jack, but does not have the ability to connect other devices via USB ports. An important advantage is the adjustable stand and support for VESA mounts.

Xiaomi has recently introduced a new gaming monitor, Redmi Monitor G Pro 27U, with a brightness of up to 1600 nits and a refresh rate of up to 320 Hz. The new product is the successor to the Redmi Display G Pro 27, significantly surpassing it in terms of performance. The monitor is certified according to the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 standard and supports Dolby Vision HDR.
