Apple is discontinuing the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar

Following the release of the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 chip, Apple is dropping the 13-inch version of the laptop.

Here's What We Know

The 13-inch MacBook Pro is no longer available in the Apple Store. The MacBook Pro section offers only 14 and 16-inch models of the device. Incidentally, the 13-inch MacBook Pro was the last Mac with a Touch Bar panel.

The 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 chip was priced from $1299. That was $100 more expensive than the 13-inch MacBook Air with the same processor. In comparison, the new 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 processor costs from $1599.

If you still want to get yourself a 13-inch MacBook Pro, it's still available in the Refurbished version for now.
