Global malfunction in Telegram: messenger does not work again
On Thursday, March 29, Telegram users began to complain massively about the problems in the service. According to DownDetecror , the most messages come from different regions of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The failure also affected the EU countries, including Italy, Germany and Britain.
