Repaired! Telegram restored work after a large-scale failure
Within a few hours, the developers of Telegram eliminated the malfunctioning of the messenger. As Pavel Durov already reported , the reason for the problem was the disconnection of the server cluster in Europe. "Telegram's return" took place in two stages: first they connected Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, a bit later the service earned in the CIS and other countries.
And now Telegrams are flying free over Germany and the CIS countries as well! Sorry for the interruption.

Problems with access to Telegram started after 11.00 on Thursday 29. For more than three hours, users could not send messages either in the mobile or in the desktop application. The chat was not loaded in the web interface of the messenger. But now Twitter can breathe a sigh of relief:
