Roskomnadzor legalizes mass blocking of IP-addresses
The Office submitted a new version of the bill that regulates the fight against circumvention of locks. Thus, ILV prepares a legal basis for itself to justify entering the IP-addresses of Amazon and Google into the register.

The order was supplemented with a new reason for blocking: the point "court decisions and decisions on cases of administrative violations that came into force" implies that now the agency can legitimately ban any subnet, any VPN service and anonymizer, with which you can go to a blocked resource.
"After a series of blocking of subnets, many industry lawyers drew attention to the fact that there is no legal basis for such Roskomnadzor actions," Irina Levova, director of strategic projects at the Institute for Internet Research.
