Xiaomi launched a 900 lumens flashlight at crowdaming

On the Xiaomi crowdsfunding platform in China, a fundraising campaign was launched for the Beebest flashlight, which is four times brighter than the brand-name Mi Portable Flashlight.

The novelty is equipped with a powerful LED CREE XP-L HI with a maximum brightness of 1000 lumens and a service life of more than 50 000 hours. The manufacturer claims a lighting range of 365 meters. The flashlight provides a soft, even light without flickering, eyes will not get tired of it. Provides protection against overheating and SOS function.

Beebest Zoom Flashlight is enclosed in a rugged case in anodized aluminum with splash protection according to the IPx6 standard. The lighting angle is adjustable from 7.7 to 40 degrees. In the back there is a magnet that will hold the flashlight on metal surfaces, and the kit includes a ring for easy mounting on a bicycle. Inside is a battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, for charging uses a universal USB Type-C port (only the cable was put in the box). They promise up to 40 hours of battery life, although this result is unlikely to be achieved at maximum brightness.

In the home market, Beebest Zoom Flashlight costs almost $ 16. On AliExpress flashlights for 1000 lumens can be bought for about $ 17, but they come without a battery (and that's another $ 3-4).

The already mentioned Xiaomi Mi Portable Flashlight is sold in the Chinese company store for $ 12.5. He can charge other user's gadgets, although not very fast.
