Garmin releases beta 12.31 for Fenix 8 with bug fixes and CIQ improvements

Garmin has released beta version 12.31 for Fenix 8, Enduro 3 and Fenix E, which includes several important bug fixes.

Here's What We Know

This is the second update for the Fenix 8 this week after the stable version 12.22, which brought 130 changes, including 79 bug fixes.

Beta version 12.31 contains 7 new fixes.

One of the main updates is a fix for an issue with closing the CIQ app using the Palm cover, as well as an improvement in the display of the CIQ watch face after a device reset.

Fixed an issue with missing sounds for phone call notifications and alarm malfunction after transferring settings from Fenix 7. Additionally, fishing timer performance has been improved and issues with the Tides app have been fixed.

Garmin has temporarily disabled the dive and ECG features, which will be restored after a stable update.
