The game is out and the developers didn't know it: due to a bug, the Tempest Rising strategy became available to gamers a week earlier than planned

A surprising collision occurred with the release of the strategy game Tempest Rising, which took place earlier than the developers had planned.
Here's What We Know
Tempest Rising was supposed to be released on April 24, and a week before that - on April 18 - the authors opened extended access to the game for Deluxe Edition buyers, but due to some error the game became available to everyone who pre-ordered the game regardless of the edition.
Slipgate Ironworks studio has considered all the options to get out of the situation and came to the only right solution: the developers announced that the release of Tempest Rising has already taken place on the 17th of April and in Steame specified this date.
Everyone can already buy the game and start playing it. The developers are urgently working on bonus content to compensate Deluxe Edition buyers for the lack of exclusive early access.
Due to the new launch date, the seven-day early unlock period promised to Deluxe Edition owners is no longer in effect. Rest assured, we haven't forgotten about you. To show our appreciation for your support, we're working on new exclusive in-game content to make up for this urgent change in our release plans.
A pre-order bonus - the Commander Pack can be obtained by anyone who buys the game before 24 April.
As a reminder, Tempest Rising is the spiritual successor to the forgotten Command Conquer series, which was once the benchmark of the RTS genre.
Players will have to take control of one of the three warring factions and lead it to victory in the war for resources in the post-nuclear world of the distant future.
Tempest Rising is getting great reviews.
