Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, a game by MachineGames and Bethesda, was released on 9 December 2024 and is the last major release of this year. In the role of the iconic archaeologist, you will travel through the world of 1937, solving mysteries, defeating enemies, and searching for the truth about the Great Circle.

Here's What We Know

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a first-person action adventure that combines story, platforming, stealth, and combat. The plot takes place between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. Players will take part in journeys to places such as the Vatican, the pyramids of Giza, the temples of Sukhothai in Thailand, and even the snowy Himalayas.

The gameplay allows you to use a variety of approaches: from stealth with the use of disguises to direct confrontation. Indy's main tool is a whip, which serves not only as a weapon but also as a means of exploring the terrain. Players can also collect artefacts, solve puzzles, and find secrets, earning "adventure points" that can be spent on improving the character's abilities.

Indy's companions will be familiar characters from the films, such as Marcus Brody, and new characters, including reporter Gina Lombardi. The enemies are the Nazis, led by the mysterious and cruel antagonist Emerich Voss.
