The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will get noticeably improved low-light video capture, an insider says
Samsung has officially announced a new Galaxy Unpacked event where the new Galaxy S25 flagships will be unveiled. By now, a lot is already known about these smartphones, but new leaks keep popping up. This time, details about the video capture on the Galaxy S25 Ultra have come to light.
Here's What We Know
According to a well-known Chinese insider Ice Universe, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will provide a significant improvement in low-light video recording. This improvement, he said, will be thanks to the new Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which makes it impossible for older devices including the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The insider also noted that the improvements will only be available for the Galaxy S25 Ultra and did not mention other smartphones such as the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ or Galaxy S25 Slim. This could be because the other models use less powerful processors or the developers have made the feature exclusive to the S25 Ultra.
The whistleblower also mentioned that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will get a configuration with 16GB of RAM, but it may not be available in all markets. How true this information is - we will find out at the Galaxy S25 smartphone launch, which will take place on 22 January, at the Galaxy Unpacked event.
