Apple releases visionOS 2.3 update for Vision Pro with bug fixes and security enhancements

Apple has introduced a new version of the visionOS 2.3 operating system, which is the third update since the release of visionOS 2 in September 2024.
Here's What We Know
This update comes more than a month after the release of visionOS 2.2 and almost a year after the launch of Apple's Vision Pro virtual reality headset.
visionOS 2.3 is available for download on all Vision Pro devices.
How To Switch It On
To do this, go to the Settings app, select the General section, and select the Software Update option. To install the update, users need to remove the Vision Pro, after which a progress bar will appear on the front screen of the EyeSight.
According to Apple's official notes, visionOS 2.3 includes bug fixes and security improvements. The company recommends this update to all users.
Recently, insider Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reported that Apple is working on a version of visionOS for its future smartphones. The company aims to release a product that is more convenient than the Apple Vision Pro virtual reality headset. Vision Pro has not yet met the company's expectations. Many users consider it too heavy for prolonged use, expensive (the price is $3500), and prone to overheating.
