Assassin's Creed Shadows will have 4K/60FPS support on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, - Ubisoft
Following the Unlimited FPS, detailed settings and global illumination: Ubisoft revealed the technical features of the PC version of Assassin's Creed Shadows, Ubisoft has shared information about how the game will work on consoles.
Here's What We Know
In a series of Q&As, the studio announced that the game will run in 2160p resolution at 60 frames per second:
"Yes! We're happy to confirm that both the PS5 and Xbox Series X will allow players to play at 60 FPS 2160p upscaled, in performance mode. More details on the modes available on consoles will be shared before the game's launch".
It is noteworthy that nothing was said about the Xbox Series S, but we can assume that we will learn about it at the same time when the developer publishes more information about older consoles.
Where To Play
In addition to PlayStation and Xbox, Assassin's Creed Shadow will also be available on PC (Ubisfot Store, Steam).
When We Can Expect It
The official release of the game is scheduled for 20 March 2025.
