All iPhones 17 will feature advanced M14 OLED displays, which even the latest Galaxy S25 smartphones don't have

Rumours and leaks about the future iPhone 17 lineup are starting to appear more and more often on the Internet and now there is information about what displays will be received by the new series of iPhones.
Here's What We Know
It is reported that the entire iPhone 17 lineup, including the iPhone 17 Air, will be equipped with Samsung's advanced M14 OLED panels, which are not used even in the latest Galaxy S25 series. These panels feature 20-30 per cent higher brightness compared to the previous M13 panel that was fitted on the Galaxy S24. The top-of-the-line Galaxy S25 Ultra features an improved version of the M13+, which is still inferior to the M14.
This is a significant move for Apple, as the M14 was previously reserved only for Pro models in the iPhone 16 series. Apple can now bridge the gap between standard and pro models, offering a more premium experience for all users. However, it remains unknown whether the rumoured 120Hz refresh rate on the base iPhone 17 models will be confirmed.
