Star Wars: Hunters servers shut down - online action game never comes to PC

Developers of the network action game Star Wars: Hunters reported about the imminent closure of the game.
Here's What We Know
NaturalMotion Studios has announced that the game's servers will be permanently shut down on 1 October. This comes just a year Star Wars: Hunters free-to-play online action game Star Wars: Hunters is out on Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android - the developers have unveiled the premiere trailer on Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, and the PC release will never happen.
The developers haven't revealed the reasons behind this decision, but it's obviously due to a lack of interest in Star Wars: Hunters.
At the same time, players will still be presented with some new content:
- 25 March - Season 5 and Ranked Season will be extended for three weeks, events will be re-launched, and game packs will return to the shop;
- 15 April - final free content update and disabling in-game purchases. The in-game content, new heroine, and all battlefields and modes will be freely available to all users.
The developers thanked players for their attention to Star Wars: Hunters.
