Philips Hue has officially launched its new Datura Ceiling Lights in the US, following their European debut in 2024.

Here's What We Know

The devices are now available to customers in North America. The Philips Hue Datura line includes four models: Round small, Round, Square and Rectangle. Each luminaire provides adjustable white and coloured lighting with two light sources - one in the front and one in the back for soft, diffused light across the ceiling.

All models can be controlled via the Philips Hue app using Bluetooth or Hue Bridge.

The Datura luminaires have a stylish frameless design with a white aluminium profile, making them an elegant addition to any room. The Round small model has a diameter of 15.12 inches (38.4 cm) and delivers 3000 lumens at 4000K. The larger Round model has a diameter of 22.6 inches (57.4 cm) and 4850 lumens. The Square and Rectangle models measure 23.62 x 23.62 inches (60 x 60 cm) and 47.24 x 11.81 inches (120 x 30 cm) and deliver 4250 lumens at 4000K.

Available for $299.99 for the Round small model and $399.99 for the Round, Square and Rectangle models, the Philips Hue Datura Ceiling Lights are available from the Philips Hue online store and Amazon and promise to enhance the ambiance of any room with their customisable, high-quality lighting features.
