iPhone owners won't be able to downgrade to iOS 18.3.2 after iOS 18.4 update is released

Apple has stopped signing up for iOS 18.3.2, just a week after releasing the iOS 18.4 update.
Here's What We Know
This means that iPhone users who have updated their devices to iOS 18.4 cannot revert back to iOS 18.3.
Apple usually stops signing older versions of iOS after an update is released. This process prevents outdated versions of the system from being installed on iPhones.
Signing refers to a check that is performed on the server when iOS is downloaded to the device. Only the app that passes the check can be installed.
Preventing reverting to older versions of iOS ensures that users have the latest security updates and reduces the risk of attacks or exploitation of known vulnerabilities.
The iOS 18.4 update fixes more than 60 vulnerabilities, so if users haven't updated their device yet, they should do so as soon as possible.
In the new version of iOS and iPadOS 18.4, the News app now has an Apple News+ Food section. It collects recipes and articles about food and offers exclusive recipes for Apple News+ subscribers.
The update also brought new emojis, photo filtering in the Photos app, and lossless audio for AirPods Max. An important new feature is the introduction of priority notifications based on artificial intelligence in the Notification Centre, which allows users to manage important messages more conveniently.
Finally, Apple is expanding the availability of Apple Intelligence in the European Union and adding support for new languages such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified).
