You can ride the Ferris wheel for free in Brussels thanks to Samsung
Samsung has decided to surprise its users with an unusual promotion. From 3 to 18 May, Samsung is giving away free rides on The View Ferris wheel located at Poelaert Square in Brussels, Belgium.
Here's What We Know
Usually, a ticket to this wheel costs 10 euros, but as part of the promotion, Samsung covers all costs.
This marketing ploy is aimed at promoting the new Galaxy S25 series as well as Galaxy AI. The ride offers a great view of Brussels, and Samsung emphasises that it is the perfect opportunity to take beautiful photos with the new Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ or Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones.
In addition, each visitor will have the opportunity to create a personalised postcard from their photo taken during the ride. The Ferris wheel will be decorated with elements that demonstrate the capabilities of Galaxy AI.
Recently, a new leak showed what Galaxy S25 Edge will look like. The photo confirms the already known design and finally dots the i's and crosses the t's regarding the ports: There will be no 3.5mm headphone jack. The Galaxy S25 Edge will have an ultra-thin body - only 5.8 mm thick - but will have a large 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with minimal bezels and a front camera in the notch.
It also became known that this year Samsung is bringing back the popular Galaxy Watch Classic model with a rotating bezel. Samsung will release the Galaxy Watch8 Classic alongside the Galaxy Watch8 in the summer of 2025. The information about the Galaxy Watch8 Classic appeared after it was certified by the Bluetooth SIG.
