Samsung is a Samsung has become the world's largest soundbar and TV brand in 2024, but continues to actively strengthen its position.

Here's What We Know

Samsung's subsidiary Harman announced the purchase of the audio division of Masimo, which will allow it to become the owner of such audio brands as Bowers Wilkins, Denon and Polk Audio.

The deal was valued at $350 million and will be completed by the end of 2025.

The purchase will strengthen Samsung's position in the global audio market, which is expected to grow from $60.8bn in 2025 to $70bn in 2029. Harman plans to integrate the acquired brands into its Lifestyle division, expanding its presence in the home audio, headphones, Hi-Fi components and car audio segments.
