We've already reported on the reveal of It's incredible! The cinematic trailer of The Witcher 4 amazes with the graphics quality of the new game from CD Projekt RED, but even that pales before what else CD Projekt RED has unveiled as part of the State of Unreal 2025 show.

Here's What We Know

Polish developers have held the first gameplay demonstration of The Witcher 4 and it is, without exaggeration, amazing. It's not even just about the ultra-modern graphics and incredible detail, but about the physically correct interaction of every object in the game. You can look at Ciri's cloak and the movements of her horse Kelpie for hours - they look so incredible. The cape develops with every step and gust of wind, and at the same time the heroine's sword scabbard does not pass through the fabric, as it was in The Witcher 3.

The characters' behaviour looks no less impressive: their movements are smooth, their models behave as realistically as possible when colliding with each other, they react to the player's approach and naturally communicate during dialogues. By the way, character conversations have become even more cinematic, the heroes move more often, the camera angle changes dynamically, and their facial animation - this is an unprecedented level.

CD Projekt representatives didn't become modest and said that The Witcher 4 is the most ambitious open-world RPG. But the most striking thing is that all the footage was recorded on a standard PlayStation 5 with ray tracing and 60 FPS.

We recommend fans of The Witcher and role-playing games in general to put aside all business and enjoy the clip - it deserves it.
