Samsung Announces Galaxy Watch 4 and Unveils One UI Watch - New OS for Wear OS-Based Smartwatches
As promised, today, on the first day of MWC 2021, Samsung unveiled a new operating system for its smart watches, the One UI Watch.

So, thanks to One UI Watch, the upcoming watch will support automatic installation of applications. If you install an app from the Play Store that has a watch app, it is automatically installed on the watch as well. There is seamless sync between watch and smartphone, so if you have multiple cities in the watch app, or if you have blocked a number on your phone, these settings will be carried over to your watch.
Samsung also announced that the One UI Watch will offer support for the entire Play Store ecosystem, allowing you to easily download all supported Wear OS apps to your smartwatch. The company also announced that its upcoming smartwatches will support third-party watch faces.
One UI Watch also opens up a larger list of apps than Tizen - Spotify, YouTube Music, Google Maps, and more.
Samsung says the next Galaxy Watch will feature longer battery life, better performance and the aforementioned wider range of apps thanks to Google's wearable OS. Now we have to wait only for the official announcement of the Galaxy Watch 4, which is expected in August.
