Xiaomi has significantly improved its financial performance

Xiaomi ends the summer with the publication of financial reports for the second quarter and the first half of 2021. The company was able to increase both sales revenue and net profit, which is the most important thing.

How much did it earn?

From April to June inclusive, Xiaomi earned revenue of $13.55 billion (RMB 87.78 billion). Compared to the second quarter of last year, revenue was up 64%. Profit is also not bad - $2.34 billion (15.14 billion yuan) and +96.7% compared to the base period. The Beijing-based company's adjusted net income in the second quarter of this year was $0.97 billion, up 87.4% over the 12 months.

The first half of 2021 was successful for Xiaomi. Sales revenue increased 59.5% to $25.43 billion (RMB 164.67 billion) in the reporting period. The company's gross profit more than doubled (92.1%) to $4.52 billion (RMB 29.3 billion).

Finally, Xiaomi's adjusted net profit for the first half of 2021 compared with the base period increased immediately by 118.4% to $1.91 billion (12.39 billion yuan).
