Huawei Nova 8 became the company's first smartphone to get EMUI 12 shell
Huawei the other day introduced a new shell EMUI 12. As it turned out, in parallel, the Chinese manufacturer showed a smartphone that got it out of the box.
What is the model
It is about the global version of the smartphone Huawei Nova 8, which was presented in Malaysia and several other countries. The device has received a body made of glass and metal, as well as a 6.57-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution and refresh rate of 90 Hz. Under the hood of new items installed proprietary chip Kirin 820E. By the way, in China the device comes with another processor - Kirin 985. The SoC is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM.
The novelty also gets a main camera with 64 MP + 8 MP (widescreen) + 2 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth sensor) sensors, a 32 MP front camera, and a 3600 mAh battery. It charges via USB-C port and supports 66-watt charging (60% in 15 min). As we've written before, the smartphone runs pre-installed EMUI 12 shell. It has a new interface, updated Control Center with Device+ feature, new MeeTime app, and improved performance, security and privacy.
Price and when to expectThe novelty has already started selling in Malaysia and some other countries for $450.
