DxOMark: iPhone 13 Pro Max beats Huawei P50 Pro to be the smartphone with the best screen on the market
Experts of French laboratory DxOMark after the camera test iPhone 13 Pro Max also tested the novelty's screen.
What is known
The smartphone's panel was rated at 99 points. At the moment this is the highest result among all the devices. Previously, the market leader DxOMark considered the flagship Huawei P50 Pro (93 points). By the way, it is followed by Galaxy S21 Ultra (91 points) and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (90 points).
DxOMark experts called the iPhone 13 Pro Max screen "simply gorgeous". Among the benefits of the sensor they noted excellent color reproduction, good readability in all conditions, as well as HDR10 performance during video playback. Of course, there are some disadvantages. For example, the screen received not the most effective reading mode, as well as a strong orange tint when the blue light filter is on.
Recall, the iPhone 13 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen with a resolution of 2778×1284p, adaptive refresh rate up to 120 Hz, brightness up to 1000 nits and aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
