Elon Musk's Twitter nickname change raised the value of Edge cryptocurrency by 200%

Investors who thought that Edge cryptocurrency could make money turned out to be right. Thanks to Ilon Musk, its value has roughly tripled.

The American billionaire and the richest man on the planet has changed his Twitter nickname. Now he's Lorde Edge. Almost immediately after that the cryptocurrency Edge went up from $0.3 to $0.45, and then to $0.51.

On November 8 at 16:49 Kiev time the rate set a historical record at $0.9629, but after the correction the price fell to $0.6. At the moment of writing one digital coin is valued almost at $0.5.

After the situation with Edge there are more adherents of the theory that any cryptocurrency is unsupported popular air, the value of which depends not on the economy, but on the publications in Twitter.
