Ajax introduced wired Fibra technology with a new line of devices

The Ajax company held another presentation, where it showed many interesting new products.

Ajax Fibra 

The main announcement of the presentation was the technology of the hybrid security system Fibra with the same name line of devices. The new series has inherited all the advantages of the Jeweler wireless range. A 2,000 meter line can cover a multi-storey building, and the energy consumption is 100 times less than the average of other wired sensors in the industry. As with Jeweler devices, data transmission inside Fibra is encrypted, the devices are equipped with anti-sabotage technologies, the system is quickly installed and controlled from a smartphone. Everything is controlled through the Hub Hybrid. In total, the new Fibra series includes nine devices: MotionProtect, MotionProtect Plus, DoorProtect, DoorProtect Plus, GlassProtect, CombiProtect, KeyPad, HomeSiren, StreetSiren...

Ajax MotionCam

Another novelty of the presentation was the series sensors MotionCam and MotionCam Outdoor with support for photo-on-demand function. Only those users of the system who have permission to do so will be able to request images. Privacy rights can be configured in the hub menu. MotionCam and MotionCam Outdoor will be on sale in the first quarter of 2022. 

Ajax Hub 2 with 4G modem

The event also showed a new version of the hub. It will come in two flavors: Hub 2 (2G) and Hub 2 (4G)... Sales of new items will begin in the first quarter of 2022.

Ajax ReX 2

Next new - radio signal repeater with photo verification support ReX 2... It now not only increases the range of the signal, but can also independently regulate the connection. The device has four built-in antennas and two independent radio modules. Thanks to this, the anxiety will be be transmitted with minimal delay. For example, a photo from MotionCam can be obtained in just 13 seconds. Ajax ReX 2 is already on sale.

Ajax vhfBridge

The event also showed vhfBridge - a module that provides the hub with another communication channel with the monitoring panel. In the event of an alarm, the event is transmitted along a chain: from the hub to the vhfBridge module via Jeweler, then by wires from the vhfBridge to a third-party radio transmitter, and from it to the monitoring station console. In this case, the whole process takes place instantly. This allows you to use the Ajax system in cities with unstable internet, mountains, nature reserves or desert areas. The novelty has already gone on sale.

Ajax Socket (type G)

Yet Ajax has expanded its range of branded sockets and released a model with a UK plug type G. It has a function button that allows you to control the Socket without an application. In addition, the model boasts a range of 1100 meters. Moreover, we are talking about two-way, encrypted communication that does not depend on Wi-Fi. The British version of Socket will hit the market in the first quarter of 2022.

Ajax MultiTransmitter

Not the last novelty was MultiTransmitter - integration module with support connecting sensors with two and three resistors. That is, it will be able to distinguish more types of events from the connected wired sensor. This will add flexibility to renovate multi-zone alarms in commercial properties and increase the number of compatible devices. The module will start selling in the first quarter of 2022.
