Valve released SteamOS 3.4 update for Steam Deck: What's new and when to expect the firmware

After months of testing, Valve developers have announced a stable version of SteamOS 3.4 for the Steam Deck game console.

Here's What's New About It

Update contains a big list of changes. Developers have corrected a lot of bugs and worked on stability, security, performance and sound.

Steam Deck also gets support for KDE Plasma in Desktop Mode. A detailed list of changes is available on the official Velve website (Steam News Hub).

When We Can Expect It

The update has already begun rolling out in waves to devices worldwide.
