vivo unveils iQOO Z7 5G: 90Hz AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 920 chip and 64MP camera for $230

vivo has announced a new budget smartphone under the iQOO brand in India.

The novelty has been named iQOO Z7 5G. The gadget gets a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The panel has a peak brightness of 1300 nits and a built-in fingerprint scanner. The screen supports HDR10 +.

The iQOO Z7 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor paired with 6/8GB RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The gadget is powered by a 5000mAh battery. It supports 44W fast charging. The device also has Wi-Fi-6, Dual SIM 5G, USB-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The novelty comes with a 64MP dual main camera (ISOCELL GW3) + 2MP (depth sensor) and a 16MP front camera.

Sales of the iQOO Z7 5G will start in India on March 21. The novelty will cost from $230. Whether the smartphone will be available in other countries is unknown.
