Apple will release the 11th generation iPad in the second half of 2024

Nikkei Asia has new information about the release date of the iPad 11th generation tablet.

Here's What We Know

According to sources, test production of the new model of the basic iPad will start around mid-February. And the official presentation is expected in the second half of 2024. More precise dates are not yet available.

The last time Apple updated the regular iPad in October 2022. What will change in the new model is still unknown, but most likely it will be the processor and possibly the camera.

Incidentally, Apple is working with China's BYD, a key iPad maker, to move new product introduction (NPI) resources to Vietnam. Apple has not previously moved NPI resources to Vietnam for such a major device. The company is also sending some NPI resources to India for the iPhone.
