Apex Legends: gameplay trailer for the upcoming season and details about the altered Kings Canyon

Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment unveiled a gameplay trailer for Apex Legends' "Pursuit" season. In addition, the developers told about one of the main innovations of the update - a redesigned map of Canyon Kings. 

Pursuit will include:

• New Legends Sniper Ventage.
• Updated Canyon Kings. Main changes:
  • In the central part of the map there is a fresh location - the relic.
  • Improved areas of the Cage, the Hill and the Relay.
  • Changed routes - in particular, the authors have removed the crossing to the Broken Bridges and the transition to the cave between the Marketplace and the Annual Centers. Thus, Respawn Entertainment wants to make gameplay in the canyon more predictable and less chaotic.
  • The developers have changed the location of loot to correct the weighty imbalance of retrieval at key points on the map.
  • Significantly improved lighting and sky textures.
  • Many less visible tweaks have been made - yes, new stepladders, ropes and so on have been added.
• Increased maximum level.
• A "Pursuit" combat pass containing legendary accounts, changeable colorings, and more.

The "Pursuit" season is scheduled to begin on August 9.
