The last three to four years have been tough for the video game industry: we've seen a lot of layoffs, game cancellations, and even studio closures, and Bandai Namco hasn't been spared. According to a Bloomberg report, the company is currently seeking to compensate for "weak demand" by laying off employees and cancelling projects in development.

Samsung has announced a partnership with ADTechnology, ARM and Rebellions to develop a new processor platform with artificial intelligence. Under this partnership, Samsung Foundry will manufacture chips using its advanced 2nm Gate-All-Around (GAA) technology.

Nothing has announced the release of a special version of its Nothing Phone (2a) smartphone called the Community Edition. This variant will be the culmination of a project launched in March 2024, in which the Nothing community participated in the design of the device, wallpaper, packaging and marketing campaign.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be released on 25 October. The game will be available on Game Pass from the day of release, but now Microsoft has removed the ability to play the game for free.
