A story trailer for The Thaumaturge, an unusual role-playing game set in an alternate history setting, has been unveiled
Fool's Theory and publisher 11 bit studios have released a story trailer for The Thaumaturge, an ambitious isometric RPG in an unusual setting.
Here's What We Know
The trailer introduces the plot, in which the sister of the protagonist Wiktor - Ligia writes him a letter asking him to return to his native Warsaw to say goodbye to his dying father.
Against the backdrop of family tragedy, events in an alternate Warsaw of 1905 are shown.
The game looks unusual and, without exaggeration, promising. Players will have to fight with otherworldly forces, as the protagonist has magical abilities and is a thaumaturge.
When We Can Expect It
The Thaumaturge is scheduled for release in late 2023, and from the looks of it, the game will only be available on PC, consoles are not yet specified.
