Opinions differ - with Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League test participants giving the game good marks, but wouldn't buy it

A few days ago, the media published their opinions about the results of the closed testing of the co-operative action game Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League from Rocksteady studio - the author of Batman: Arkham series.

Journalists did not express great enthusiasm for the game and are not particularly optimistic about its future.

Thanks to the survey of Insider Gaming portal, we got to know the opinion of gamers who were allowed to test Suicide Squad.

Here's What We Know

One hundred people participated in the poll and they did not come to a single opinion: 47.7%, gave the alpha version a score of 7 out of 10 or higher. However, 61% of those surveyed said they would not buy the game or wait for big discounts on it.

Players noted that Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has a good combat system, excellent design of locations and characters, not bad technical condition and quite interesting narrative.

From the negative sides gamers noted awkward controls, poor movement system, trivial fights and, what is disastrous for co-operative game, absolutely one-type characters, which except for appearance and replicas do not differ in any way.

In general, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League from the moment of its release raised big questions from the majority of gamers and, perhaps, the main one - why the studio, which makes top-notch single-player action games, got involved in the adventure with service games, especially since the trend for them is rapidly falling. The question remains open, let's see if the developers will manage to release a decent project or Suicide Squad will become a prophecy for Rocksteady.

When We Can Expect It

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will be released on 2 February 2024 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
