An updated classic: key art for the remake of the Gothic role-playing game is unveiled

The developers of the cult RPG Gothic have already introduced gamers to the updated appearance of many of the creatures that populate the game's world.

We already know what the Harpies, Goblins, Skeleton Mage, Swamp Shark, Fire Lizard and Fire Demon will look like.

Today, game designers from THQ Nordic and studio Alkimia Interactive have finally revealed the key art for Gothic Remake.

Here's What We Know

The logo and font are almost identical to the cover of the original 2001 game, but now features the four main companions of Nameless Hero - Gorn, Lester, Milten and Diego.

I'd like to believe that the head art reveal brings the start of Gothic Remake's active advertising campaign and release closer.

When We Can Expect It

The release date for Gothic Remake is unknown, but the game is expected to release in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
