Looking for best vpn for chromebook that actually works with school device?

Freaking out about privacy on this school-issued chromebook. Got caught in a weird situation where:

◇ Device is "managed" by school district

◇ Admin blocks most regular installations

◇ Noticed weird activity logs appearing

◇ Sometimes see camera light flicker randomly???

◇ Can't afford separate device right now

Stuck using this thing for assignments but also need some privacy for my own stuff (banking, social accounts, etc). Anyone cracked this code or am I just digital cattle for the education surveillance complex? 😭

Droppped my school laptop in toilet "accidentally" and got normal laptop with financial aid money. Sometimes problems solve themselves 🚽

Theres literally no solution that works 100% - education chromebooks designed specifically to prevent this. System working as intended sadly

Wrap chromebook in aluminum foil when not using for class. Blocks remote activation signals. Call me paranoid but mine hasn't randomly activated since 🔍

Chromebook privacy nightmare drove me insane until someone recommended nordvpn service. Decent balance of privacy without triggering security flags. don't do anything stupid tho
