Insider: vivo already working on vivo S17 smartphone range, with Qualcomm and MediaTek chips

vivo unveiled the vivo S16e, vivo S16 and vivo S16 Pro smartphones in December 2022 and is now working on their successors.

Here's What We Know

The information was shared by a Chinese insider. According to the leak, the new series will also include three models: the vivo S17e, vivo S17 and vivo S17 Pro. The new devices should be powered by Snapdragon 778G, Dimensity 8200 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processors respectively. In addition, the devices will be equipped with AMOLED displays with different diagonals and support increased to 120Hz refresh rate.

The devices are likely to be released in June. The new devices will compete with OPPO Reno 10, OPPO Reno 10 Pro and OPPO Reno 10 Pro+. Pricing for the smartphones is not yet available.
