The vivo S16 Pro - Dimensity 8200, 120Hz display, 50MP camera with OIS and Android 13 priced from $475
After the announcement of the iQOO Neo 7 SE, vivo has introduced a smartphone on the Dimensity 8200 already under its own brand. The model is called vivo S16 Pro.
Here's What We Know
Together with the Dimensity 8200 chip, the smartphone received 12GB of RAM, 256/512GB of storage and a 4,600mAh battery. Fast charging power over the wire was 66 watts, which is far from the record (210 watts).
The vivo S16 Pro has a 6.78" Full HD+ OLED screen with slanted side edges, 120Hz refresh rate and a round hole for a 50MP selfie camera. This is one of the chips of the model. The main camera resolution is 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP. The main module got OIS and a Sony IMX766V sensor.
The smartphone has a sub-screen fingerprint scanner, NFC, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C and Android 13 with OriginOS 3 shell. The case measures 164.1 x 74.8 x 7.36 mm and weighs 182 g.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The price of the vivo S16 Pro in the basic modification is $475. The variant with 512GB of storage capacity, the company estimated at $515. The smartphone will soon appear on sale in two colors: Sea Foam Green and Starry Night Black.
