Insider: vivo S17 Pro gets triple main camera with 50MP Sony IMX766V main sensor and OIS support

Chinese insider Digital Chat Station continues to reveal details about the vivo S17 range of smartphones.

Here's What We Know

This time, the informant has revealed the camera specs of the top-of-the-line vivo S17 Pro series. If the leak is to be believed, the gadget will be equipped with a triple main camera. The main sensor will be Sony IMX766V with a resolution of 50 megapixels and support for optical image stabilization (OIS). It should be complemented by an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 12MP portrait camera that supports 2x optical zoom. In comparison, the current version of the vivo S16 Pro has a portrait module of just 2 MP.

As for other specs, the vivo S17 Pro will also feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and a curved AMOLED screen with refresh rates of up to 120Hz.

When We Can Expect It

If rumors are to be believed, the vivo S17 Pro will be revealed along with other models in the series in May.
