US to send F-35 fighter jets to UK, air defense systems to Germany and military destroyers to Spain due to Russian threat
US President Joe Biden has officially announced that Washington will strengthen its presence in Europe due to the threat from the Russian Federation.

At the summit in SpainBiden announced that the United States, along with its allies, will try to ensure that the North Atlantic Alliance can deal with threats on land, at sea and in the air.
The United States will send two Navy destroyers to Spain, where there are already four ships. Germany and Italy will receive air defense systems, and two more fighter squadrons will be deployed in the UK F-35.
Washington plans to retain on a rotational basis a brigade of 3,000 military personnel on the territory of Romania and increase the number of soldiers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. In addition, the permanent headquarters of the 5th Army Corps will be deployed in Poland.
