The Ukrainian Armed Forces showed combat use of the M320 grenade launcher
A rare video of the use of the German grenade launcher M320 by Ukrainian servicemen has appeared on the network.
What we know
M320 was developed in 2008 as a replacement for the underbarrel grenade launcher M203. Manufactured by Heckler & Koch. The grenade launcher weighs 1.5 kg. It can be used on its own or under the barrel of a rifle M16 or M4.
The grenade launcher is equipped with a night vision device, which allows you to aim fire in the dark. It can be fired with high explosive, illuminating and smoke grenades of NATO. The cost of one M320 is $3500.
Another grenade launcher was seen in the video along with M320 - RGW 90 MATADOR. The Armed Forces of Ukraine recently showed a tank that was destroyed by this gun. In total, Ukraine has purchased about 3,000 of these grenade launchers.
