The U.S. allocated another $550 million in military aid for Ukraine - 75,000 shells for 155-mm howitzers and additional missiles for HIMARS

The United States has prepared another package of military assistance for Ukraine.
What we know
On the evening of August 1, John Kirby, coordinator of the U.S. National Security Council for strategic communications, announced that a new package of military assistance would be allocated "soon". The official stressed that the details had been discussed by representatives of the two countries.
Less than an hour after the announcement, the White House officially announced $550 million in aid to Ukraine. The new package will include additional missiles for HIMARS multiple rocket launchers and 75,000 shells for 155mm artillery systems.
