The Armed Forces of Ukraine began to use M18 smoke grenades. The team of military analysts Ukraine Weapons Tracker writes about it. They were handed over to Ukraine by the United States, although no official information about the deliveries was provided anywhere. Such grenade weighs 538 grams. The development of the M18 began during World War II. It was adopted for US service in 1943. The grenade is available in four colors: red, yellow, green and purple smoke. M18 smoke time is 1.2-2 seconds. By the way, M18 is often seen in action movies and shooters.
