Ukrainian paratroopers received 11 Italian MLS Shield armored vehicles with thermal imaging and surveillance cameras
"The Poroshenko Foundation together with the volunteers of "Sprava Hromad" purchased 11 MLS Shield armored vehicles for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. They have already been sent to the airborne assault troops.
MLS Shield is produced by Italian company Mobile Land Systems. The truck can carry 10 people, including the driver. The curb weight of the armored vehicle reaches 13 tons. It has a six-speed automatic gearbox Alison and Cummins engine. The vehicle has a thermal imaging camera, surveillance cameras, air conditioning and parktronic.
By the way, in addition to the MLS Shield, the volunteers purchased two hundred trucks and several hundred UAVs for the AFU for the sum of 1,000,000 euros.
