Ukrainian military already undergoes training on NASAMS air defense systems

Sabrina Singh, Deputy Spokeswoman of the US Department of Defense, told during the briefing at the Pentagon that the Ukrainian military specialists are already being trained for work with the NASAMS systems. "The training program on these systems is ongoing, and as soon as it is completed, the systems will be ready for shipment to Ukraine. We expect that the training program will be completed in the near future," the Pentagon spokeswoman noted.
