HIMARS missiles, 155mm artillery ammunition, and HMMWV armored vehicles: U.S. announces new $274,000,000 military aid package for Ukraine

The United States continues to help Ukraine fight the Russian occupiers by announcing a new package of military aid.

Here's What We Know

The new package is for $274,000,000 and includes:

• Additional ammunition for Highly Mobile Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);
• 500 high-precision 155mm artillery rounds;
• 2,000 remote-controlled 155 mm anti-tank mines (RAAM);
• More than 1,300 anti-tank systems;
• 125 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs);
• Small arms and more than 2,750,000 rounds of small arms ammunition;
• Four satellite communications antennas.

Armament deliveries are expected to begin shortly.
