The missile strikes hit critical infrastructure and apartment buildings. Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klytschko said that at least 50% of the residents of the Ukrainian capital were left without electricity.
In addition, U.S. intelligence reports that two Russian missiles crossed the border into Poland and killed two people at a farm in a village near Ukraine. The Polish army and prosecutor's office arrived on the scene, and fighter jets took to the skies.
